叶利娟   理学博士,副教授,四川广安人

 

个人基本情况及学习工作经历:

硕士生导师, 2009年本科毕业于宜宾学院我院;2013年硕士毕业于重庆师范大学我院;2016年博士毕业于重庆大学物理学院。2016年就职于伟德体育官网,2018年晋升为副教授。

教学情况:

近年来,承担本科生课程6门(大学物理、材料分析与测试技术、 电工学,电动力学,大学物理实验,物理学前沿讲座)。

科研情况:

主要从事宽带隙氧化物半导体材料生长和物性调控、高性能紫外光电探测器件研制和应用开发、二维半导体材料的制备及光电化学析氢等研究工作。主持国家自然科学基金1项,重庆市科技局和重庆市教育委员会科研项目3项,同时参研多项国家级和省部级项目。在国内外刊物上发表相关学术论文30余篇。指导多组学生进行学术研究并在“挑战杯”全国大学生课外学术科技作品竞赛及重庆市大学生物理创新竞赛中获奖。
